The 1461HW parallel arm surface mount door closer handles spring sizes 1 through 6 with adjustable power settings. It mounts on the push side of the door with parallel arm installation, solving ADA opening force requirements and providing hold-open functionality for high-traffic applications. LCN built this cast iron closer with all-weather fluid to maintain consistent performance across temperature extremes.

The hold-open feature keeps doors open at predetermined angles until manually closed or released by fire alarm systems. The parallel arm configuration works well on exterior doors where weather protection matters. TBSRT thru-bolt mounting provides secure attachment to hollow metal and wood door frames.
