The Pemko 216DV36 door shoe installs at the bottom of 1¾" thick doors to seal the gap between door and threshold. This U-shaped aluminum door shoe with vinyl insert prevents air infiltration and water penetration while maintaining fire and smoke ratings. The dark bronze anodized finish matches most commercial door hardware.
The elongated mounting slots allow for field adjustment during installation. The rain drip design deflects water away from the door bottom. This door shoe works with fire-rated door assemblies that require UL 10C positive pressure testing and maintains proper sealing during Life Safety Code egress requirements.
