The 411APKL30 automatic door bottom provides weatherization and air leakage control for commercial doors. This full mortise unit installs flush with the door edge to maintain clean appearance on decorative doors in hotels, condos, and upscale buildings. The drop-down PemkoPrene seal automatically lowers when the door closes, sealing the gap at the floor threshold.

Pemko designed this 30-inch unit for 1-3/4" thick doors with mill finish aluminum construction. The automatic mechanism activates through door closure, requiring no electrical connection. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included with each unit. This door bottom works with fire-rated door assemblies that require UL 10C positive pressure testing compliance.
