Buckeye 20 lb Purple K BC Fire Extinguisher, Wall Hook, UL Listed 120-B:C, Part 12620

Purple K (potassium bicarbonate) is the dry chemical Buckeye describes as most effective on flammable liquid fires. It is rated for Class B and C fires, not Class A. This 20 lb unit is rated 120-B:C, discharges in 27 seconds, and reaches 15–21 ft (4.6–6.4 m). Buckeye does not recommend Purple K for sensitive electronic equipment.

It ships with a wall hook. Buckeye builds it to ANSI/UL 299 and ANSI/UL 711 (UL and ULC listed), DOT and Transport Canada compliant, with a powder-coated steel cylinder and trilingual English, Spanish and French labels. US Coast Guard approval (Type B:C Size III) applies when it is mounted in Buckeye's listed marine bracket; the Model 811 (P/N 700229) fits this cylinder.
