The Brady 4-Legged Ball Valve Lockout (BS07A-RD) fits over valve handles to prevent unauthorized operation during maintenance or repair work. This lockout device works with both open and closed valves and accommodates valve sizes from 1/2" to 2-1/2". It accepts up to 2 padlocks for secure isolation and operates reliably in temperatures from 0° to 175°F (-18° to 79°C).
This valve lockout device is manufactured in the United States and complies with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and 2015/863. The device contains no REACH SVHC substances and requires no California Prop 65 warning label. The four-legged design provides stable positioning on standard ball valves while preventing accidental valve operation during lockout/tagout procedures.
