The ZING Group Lockout Box 13-Hole is a heavy-duty polycarbonate box that holds the keys to locks placed on isolated energy sources. It has 6 padlock holes on each side, 12 total, so each authorized employee can attach a personal padlock to the outside of the box, plus one hole on top for a supervisor padlock. The clear lid lets workers see the keys stored inside without opening the box. A handle allows it to be carried, and pre-drilled holes let it be mounted to a wall. It measures 12 in wide x 6 in deep x 3 in high and weighs 15.5 oz. It is made in the USA.
