The ZING RecycLockout Gate Valve Lockout fits valves from 1 to 2.5 inches and prevents the handle from being turned during maintenance or repair. The device rotates freely around the hand wheel once secured, keeping the valve wheel locked in place. It accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" in diameter, allowing use in a lockout/tagout program under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
Made in the USA from heavy-duty, 100% recycled plastic, the lockout is red and measures 1"H x 3"W x 3"D.
