ZING RecycLockout Large Plug Lockout

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Large Plug Lockout stops a large electrical plug from being reinserted into an outlet while a machine or circuit is down for service. It closes over cords up to 1 1/4" in diameter and plugs up to 3"W x 5 1/2"L, and the housing takes up to 3 padlocks with shackles up to 5/16" in diameter, so multiple crew members can lock out the same energy source under a group lockout procedure. Anti-pry tabs keep the lid from being forced open, and a bilingual "DO NOT PLUG IN" label in English and Spanish gives anyone walking by a clear warning. This device is built to support an OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout/tagout program for equipment with large plug connections.

The lockout is made in the USA from 99% HDPE plastic that is 100% post industrial recycled content, and the recycled content claim carries UL Environment Claims Validation, not a UL safety listing. That validation supports LEED credit documentation and general sustainability tracking for facilities that need it.
