ZING RecycLockout Station Empty 56 Padlock

This empty lockout station from ZING Green Safety Products gives you a central point to organize padlocks, hasps, tags, and cable ties for your lockout/tagout program. It holds up to 56 padlocks with shackle lengths of 1.5" or 3", using hooks that each hold two padlocks or hasps. You can also lock a padlock directly to the hook for extra security when the station is not in active use. At 23" high and 23" wide, it mounts on a wall in a shop or plant area where crews need quick access to lockout devices before servicing equipment under an OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 program. The station is molded from impact-resistant plastic that is 99.9% PETG and 100% post-consumer recycled material. It carries UL Environment Claims Validation for that recycled content, which helps document sustainability initiatives and can support LEED credit tracking. It is Made in the USA from recycled materials and is TAA compliant. This is the empty station only, so you supply your own locks, hasps, and tags, or pair it with our other lockout tagout devices to fill it out.
