The ZING RecycLockout Wall Switch Lockout covers wall-mounted switches and locks them in either the "on" or "off" position. It accepts up to 1 padlock with a shackle diameter up to 3/8". The device mounts using the switch's existing screws and is made from 100% recycled polypropylene. This device is intended for use in a lockout/tagout program under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
ZING states the recycled content supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits, with UL Environment Claims Validation for recycled content. The device is made in the USA. It is manufactured by ZING Green Safety Products and listed among other lockout tagout devices.
