Moldex 7112 Pre-Filter for 7000/7800/9000 Series Respirators

The Moldex 7112 pre-filter offers P100-level protection for use with Moldex 7000, 7800, and 9000 series reusable respirators. These pre-filters extend the life of main cartridges by capturing larger particles before they reach the primary filter media. The unit provides NIOSH-approved filtration efficiency of 99.97% against oil and non-oil based particulates down to 0.3 microns.

Designed for construction and industrial applications where heavy dust loads are present, this pre-filter works particularly well for silica dust protection when used with appropriate cartridges. The filter meets OSHA 1926.1153 silica compliance requirements when properly integrated into a complete respiratory protection program. Installation is straightforward with snap-on attachment to compatible Moldex cartridges.
