The contaminant-free formula makes this disc safe for stainless steel work without worry of contamination. Orange-colored ceramic grains continually resharpen during use, providing well-known material removal rates while operating at cooler surface temperatures to protect high-value parts. The conformable design increases contact area with work surfaces, and the extra coarse grain structure aggressively cleans surfaces and prepares them for finishing operations.
