The 4131CRL36 automatic door bottom seals the gap under doors to block light, sound, and air infiltration. This surface-mounted unit activates when the door closes, lowering an EPDM sponge seal to create a tight barrier against the floor. Pemko designed this 36-inch unit for exterior doors and interior spaces where draft control matters most.

The clear anodized aluminum housing contains a spring-loaded mechanism that raises the seal when doors open and lowers it automatically upon closing. The sponge EPDM material compresses against uneven floor surfaces while maintaining its sealing properties over thousands of cycles. Installation hardware and end plates come included for direct mounting to door faces.
