We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the item and its condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original, unopened, unmarked manufacturer packaging and suitable for resale. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@usmadesupply.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including any original outbound shipping costs where applicable, unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs of the packaging and the item as received help us process claims quickly with the carrier or manufacturer.

For coatings, sealants, paints, and similar finishes, always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Final cured color, sheen, and texture may vary from color cards, samples, or photographs depending on substrate, ambient conditions, and application method.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom, special-order, made-to-order, or made-to-spec products
  • Hazardous materials, regulated chemicals, flammable liquids, compressed gases, and items subject to dangerous-goods shipping restrictions
  • Items whose original manufacturer packaging has been opened, damaged, or marked, except where the item itself is defective
  • Products with date codes or expiration dates that have been opened or are within 90 days of expiration
  • Final-sale, clearance, or closeout items expressly marked non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
