Shipping, Delivery & Pickups

Orders over $1,500 ship free within the continental United States. All other orders have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Special arrangements can be made for large or heavy orders, and jobsite delivery may be available depending on order size and type — contact us for details.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Many of the products we sell are shipped directly by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, and handling times for those items can vary depending on the supplier's schedule and location. Larger, heavier, or made-to-order items may also take additional time. If an item has a known longer lead time, that information will be reflected on the product page or communicated to you before fulfillment.

Transit time is in addition to handling time and depends on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for shipping-related damage that occurs outside of our control. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Free shipping is not available on returned items. Customers are responsible for any shipment costs associated with a return, including the original outbound shipping where applicable. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Local pickup may be available for select items in Huntington Beach, California by prior arrangement. If you would like to pick up an order, please contact us before placing it so we can confirm availability.

Restricted and Regulated Items

Some products we sell are subject to federal, state, or carrier shipping restrictions. Depending on the item, these restrictions may limit the available shipping methods (for example, ground-only shipment), require additional handling or packaging, require an adult signature on delivery, or prohibit shipment to certain destinations including post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Many of the products we sell are shipped directly by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. In those cases, shipping is performed by the manufacturer or distributor using their own carriers and is subject to their handling, labeling, and regulatory-compliance practices. We do not warehouse, repackage, or independently transport regulated, hazardous, or dangerous-goods shipments. Where a product is subject to a regulated-shipping restriction, surcharges or extended lead times may apply and will be reflected at checkout or communicated to you before fulfillment.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal to receive at the destination address and for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination jurisdiction. If a shipment is refused, returned, or destroyed because of a delivery restriction or regulatory issue at the destination, you may be responsible for the resulting costs.
