Shipping, Delivery & Pickups

For your convenience, some (but not all!) online orders qualify for nationwide free shipping to you within the Continental United States. Shipping costs have increased significantly since 2020 and we are no longer able to offer free shipping for many products. Special arrangements can and will be made for orders of 10 gallons, or above a certain weight and in these cases, shipping fees may apply. Certain orders are also eligible for free jobsite delivery.

We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible Mon-Fri between 8-4pm Pacific Standard Time or within 24 hours of your order but this may not always be possible and your order shipment might be delayed. We always do our best to use the most expedient and economical shipping method available. We are not responsible for shipping related damages that are outside of our control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find an issue with your order and we will do our best to try to resolve it.

Free shipping is not available for any returned items, customers are responsible for any shipment costs associated with a return. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Local pick up is also available for most items. If an order is not picked up within 5 business days, it may become unavailable and subject to a restocking fee.
