Specialty Sealants & Caulks
Specialty sealants are not everyday caulks. They are high-performance products made for specific, demanding jobs. They are defined by a few key features including but not limited to heat and temperature resistance for example.
They resist extreme temperatures, from intense heat over 500°F down to freezing cold. They bond well to many materials like metal, glass, wood, ceramic, and plastic. They also have superior performance, meaning they can handle joint movement, weather, chemicals, and mildew, and often have low VOC emissions. Many meet important industry standards like NSF 51 for food safety and ASTM C920 for quality.
These sealants are used in critical applications across many industries. Common uses include high-temperature sealing for furnaces and ovens, industrial gasketing and encapsulation, food processing equipment where safety is key, and demanding construction projects like bridges and industrial facilities.
