Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $1,500 ship free. Everything else has a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. See our returns policy for details or email support@usmadesupply.com to start a return.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Certain items such as custom-cut products, hazardous materials, and opened personal protective equipment cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Check the product page for return eligibility.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. It may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Are all your products made in the USA?

We prioritize products made in the United States by American companies. We work with our suppliers to verify country of origin but we can make mistakes and are open to your feedback.

What types of products do you sell?

We carry American-made professional and industrial products across safety equipment, roofing, architectural hardware, tools, and more. Our catalog is always growing and we are particularly interested in unique products from smaller manufacturers.

Who are your customers?

Everyone from contractors and facility managers to government agencies and large enterprises. We carry products that are hard to find at big box stores.


Orders

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also contact support@usmadesupply.com with your order number for a status update.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Email support@usmadesupply.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Yes. If you are ordering for a project or outfitting a team, contact us at support@usmadesupply.com for volume pricing on qualifying orders.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
