This advanced elastomeric formula offers excellent adhesion to multiple substrates including wood, vinyl, aluminum, masonry, and painted surfaces. Available in over 20 color options, it maintains flexibility in extreme temperature conditions from -40°F to 200°F.

The sealant features a 50-year durability rating and remains permanently flexible to accommodate building movement and thermal expansion. It provides excellent UV resistance and won't crack, shrink, or pull away from surfaces over time. The 10.1 oz cartridge format makes application efficient with standard caulk guns.
