The Pemko FM_HD1 is a full mortise continuous geared aluminum hinge that runs the full length of the door. Pemko says it evenly distributes the door weight, eliminates the door gap for security and privacy, and uses inter-meshing gear segments for a greater bearing surface. The assembly is anodized after all machining is done, and the hinge can be cut to length in the field.
