Respirator Cartridges & Filters
Replacement cartridges, filters, and filter hardware for reusable half-mask and full-face respirators. Sold in manufacturer case and box packs for facilities running a respiratory-protection program with a scheduled change-out, not one-off replacements.
Choose by contaminant
Particulate filters (N95, R95, P100) handle dusts, mists, and fumes; R-series is rated for oil-based aerosols where N-series is not. Gas and vapor cartridges are selected by chemistry: organic vapor, acid gas, ammonia and methylamine, or multi-gas. Combination cartridges pair a gas/vapor bed with a P100 particulate filter for mixed exposures, which is the common case in spray, abatement, and maintenance work.
Approved configurations only
NIOSH approves a complete respirator assembly, not a loose component. A cartridge or filter is approved only in the facepiece and configuration named on its approval label, and substituting an unlisted component means the assembly is no longer NIOSH approved. Check the approval number on the product page against the respirator you are fitting it to.
Compliance context
OSHA 1910.134 requires a written respiratory-protection program wherever respirators are used, including medical evaluation, fit testing, and a cartridge change-out schedule based on an objective estimate of service life rather than on smell or taste. Filter and cartridge selection is part of that program, not a separate purchasing decision. See also fit-testing equipment and respirators.
