The Pemko HM_HD1 is a half mortise continuous geared aluminum hinge for new or retrofit work on swinging fire doors. Pemko applies it to the exposed surface of the frame and the door edge, and designs it to need only 5/32 in clearance, with room to adjust the alignment.
