Pemko's PemKonnect hinges are the modular versions of its HD1 heavy duty continuous geared aluminum hinges, which Pemko says are primarily designed for freight savings and ease of transportation. Choose full mortise (FM_HD1-M), mortised into the door and frame, or full surface (FS_HD1-M), applied to the exposed surfaces of both.
