Cortina
Cortina Safety Products Group is a US manufacturer of work-zone traffic safety equipment. The product line covers traffic cones, channelizer delineators, rigid and portable barricades, roll-up signs, stop/slow paddles, traffic batons, and complete work-zone kits used by highway contractors, municipal DOTs, utility crews, and event-management operations.
Products on this site meet the traffic-control device standards that state DOTs and federal highway projects require: the FHWA MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) for device appearance and placement, NCHRP 350 and MASH (Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware) crashworthiness testing for any device that may be struck by traffic, and ANSI/ISEA 107 for high-visibility markings on roll-up signs. Cortina products are built to survive highway-speed air blast, rough-service handling, and outdoor UV exposure across a full range of climate zones.
Typical installations: highway construction and paving projects, bridge maintenance, utility cuts in urban streets, parking-lot striping and event setup, municipal public works, and airport ground operations. Buyers keep Cortina inventory on hand because MUTCD-compliant devices have to be on-site the moment a work zone goes live, and because state DOT inspectors check devices against the MUTCD appendix before allowing a job to proceed.
Complete product specifications and technical documentation are available at the Cortina official site.
