Since 1927, Wright Tool has been hot-forging professional-grade hand tools in Barberton, Ohio. Founded by C. Nelson Wright selling tools out of the back of his car, the company is still management-owned and privately held in the same city today. Their motto says it all: you will break before their tools do.
Over 99% of Wright-branded products are manufactured in the USA from their own specially formulated Wright alloy steel. They control the entire process from raw material to finished tool, using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and in-house computer programs.
