Coxreels SHW Series Spring-Driven Twin-Line Welding Hose Reel 50 ft

The Coxreels 170-SHW-N-150 is a heavy-duty spring-driven welding hose reel designed for 50 feet of bulky twin-line oxy-acetylene welding hose. The SHW Series handles the stiff, large-diameter welding hose that shrinks the working life of lighter-duty reels, and adds locking ratchet retention so the hose stays where the welder sets it.

Built from welded steel with a chip-resistant CPC powder coat, the reel uses Coxreels' factory-matched cartridge-style spring motor for smooth retraction cycle after cycle. The adjustable four-roller guide arm mounts for wall, ceiling, or floor orientation and supports the twin-line hose without kinking or chafing. Brass swivel inlets machined from solid stock handle oxy-acetylene service safely.

This is a spec'd-in commercial welding reel, not a hobby or light-duty unit. Common applications include fabrication shops, weld bays in fleet maintenance facilities, structural steel yards, and mobile welding rigs where stowing and protecting welding hose is a daily requirement.

All Coxreels products are manufactured in the USA at the Tempe, Arizona plant. Every component of the spring motor and swivel assembly is serviceable and replaceable for long working life.
