Pemko S88W20 240" 20' Adhesive Perimeter Gasketing White Finish

The S88W20 adhesive perimeter gasketing seals gaps up to 1/16" around door frames to prevent air infiltration and maintain building energy efficiency. This silicone gasket mounts directly to door frames with included adhesive backing, eliminating drafts that drive up heating and cooling costs. Pemko designed this 20-foot roll for full perimeter installation on standard commercial doors.

The white finish matches most commercial door frames while the silicone material maintains flexibility across temperature extremes. Installation requires no fasteners - just clean the surface, peel the backing, and press the gasket in place around the door perimeter.

This gasket passes UL 10C fire door testing when properly installed on rated assemblies. For fire door compliance, the gasket maintains seal integrity during positive pressure conditions that occur during building fires.
