The brilliance of Silver Tip brushes is due to the use of Worcester-exclusive CT™ (chemically topped) polyester filaments. These filaments have a full-bodied feel, but they are extremely thin, flexible, and soft, nearly eliminating brushmarks. These brushes have excellent responsiveness and bend recovery, making them ideal for making crisp, single-pass cuts. Silver Tip brushes are good for leveling and smoothing with all paints, but they are especially useful for applying enamels to metal, varnish or polyurethane to wood, and thin water-based coatings.
