The Saf-T-Cart 100351, SC-20 and SC-22A are swivel casters with a threaded stem. They differ in wheel size and stem thread:

3 in, 3/4-10 stem (SC-20): 3/4-10 thread. Saf-T-Cart lists the wheel as both polyurethane and polyolefin, 3 in x 3/4 in on a plain bearing, rated for 200 lb. Saf-T-Cart names it on the MM-8 and MC-81.
3 in, 1/2-13 stem (100351): 1/2-13 thread x 1 in long, polyurethane, 3 in x 3/4 in wheel on a ball bearing, rated for 270 lb. Saf-T-Cart names it on the IV-1, IV-2 and CRYO-8860.
4 in, 1/2-13 stem (SC-22A): 1/2-13 thread x 1 in long, with no flanges on the stem, so it will not fit through a hole; polyolefin, 4 in x 1 in wheel on a plain bearing, rated for 255 lb. Saf-T-Cart names it on the MS-61T (whose own page names the SC-55-PO instead), MIV-9 and MM-7.
