This MSA Safety Fas-Trac III replacement suspension provides a comfortable 4-point attachment system for Skullgard and Comfo-Cap hard hats. The suspension weighs 0.22 pounds and measures 7.6 inches long by 7.5 inches wide by 4.7 inches high. It comes in black and fits standard-sized heads.
The suspension system meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 requirements for industrial head protection. The Fas-Trac III design offers improved comfort and stability compared to older suspension systems. Installation is straightforward with the existing helmet shell attachment points.
This replacement suspension works on construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial environments where head protection is required. The 4-point design distributes weight evenly and reduces pressure points during extended wear periods.
