The Everkem Diversified Products SilTex 40 is a siliconized acrylic latex caulk designed for long-term building envelope sealing. This 10.1-ounce cartridge delivers 40+ year durability with strong, flexible adhesion that works on both interior and exterior applications. The formula meets ASTM-C834 standards for building envelope performance and carries ASTM-G21 certification for mold and mildew resistance.
The caulk features low VOC content at just 16 g/L, making it compliant with LEED v4 emissions requirements and suitable for green building projects. You can paint over it once cured, and the mold-resistant formula holds up in high-moisture environments. The siliconized latex blend provides better flexibility than standard acrylic caulks while maintaining paintability that pure silicone lacks.
