EvoSeal MS is Everkem's hybrid polymer sealant and adhesive for joints that move, get wet, or need paint. It meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS with ±25% joint movement, bonds to damp surfaces, and goes on at temperatures as low as 30°F. It takes latex paint after 2 hours, is solvent free, and has a VOC content of 19 g/L.

It adheres to aluminum, Kynar-coated metal, EPDM rubber roofing, PVC, vinyl, steel, glass, brick, concrete and wood. Everkem lists it for RV and trailer repair, roofing, siding, windows and doors, and expansion joints, as well as foundation waterproofing and radon sealing.

Sold by the case of twelve 10.1 oz cartridges. Not for structural glazing, joints under water, or windshields.
