Everkem Firestop-814+ Intumescent Firestopping Sealant

The Firestop-814+ is an intumescent firestopping sealant by Everkem Diversified Products that meets ASTM-E814 testing requirements for through-penetrations in hourly-rated fire assemblies. This elastomeric sealant comes in a 10.1 oz cartridge and maintains flexibility while providing fire protection by expanding when exposed to heat to block flames, smoke, and gases. The sealant adheres strongly to wood, gypsum, and concrete substrates.

UL Classified and tested to multiple fire standards including ASTM-E1966, ASTM-E84, and ASTM-E90, this sealant works with various pipe materials including FlowGuard Gold, BlazeMaster, Corzan, PVC, CPVC, ABS, and PEX systems. With VOC content below 10 g/L, it meets LEED v4 emissions requirements and carries the EcoSeal designation. The product is manufactured in the USA and maintains its elastomeric properties for long-term performance in fire-rated assemblies.
