AED V-Shape Projecting Sign 7 x 12 in

This V-shape projecting sign marks AED locations with "AED" and "Automated External Defibrillator" printed in black, next to a red heart with a white lightning bolt, set inside a red border on white. The legend appears on both faces, so it reads the same from either direction along a corridor. The sign measures 7 in high by 12 in wide and projects 5 in from the wall. Two mounting holes and adhesive tabs are included for installation.

The sign is made in the USA from 70% post-consumer recycled plastic. ZING states the recycled content supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The recycled content carries UL Environment Claims Validation. It is made by ZING Green Safety Products. Pair it with AED cabinets and see the AED placement guide for siting.

Mounting height: where a projecting sign hangs over a walkway, the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design (sections 307.2 and 307.4) allow no more than 4 inches of protrusion between 27 and 80 inches above the floor, so mount it with the bottom edge at least 80 inches above the floor.
