The HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P is a compact semi-automatic AED built for public-access response: office buildings, schools, churches, gyms, and jobsites. Voice and visual prompts walk an untrained responder through pads placement and CPR, the device analyzes the heart rhythm, and the responder presses the shock button when the device advises it. This package ships ready to deploy with the AED unit, one adult Pad-Pak, and a carry case.
Why the 350P
The Pad-Pak keeps maintenance simple: the battery and electrodes are one single-use cartridge with one expiration date, so there is one thing to check and one thing to replace instead of tracking pads and batteries separately. The unit is IP56 rated against dust and water, among the highest in the industry, which suits it to shops, jobsites, and vehicle kits as well as office walls.

Ordering an AED
The Samaritan PAD 350P is sold over the counter, with no physician's prescription needed. The manufacturer does require a short end-user form with every order: the installation address and a designated program coordinator (the person who does the monthly readiness check and watches expiration dates). We send you the form right after purchase and the unit ships once it is back; it takes a few minutes to fill out. Some states have their own AED registration or medical-direction requirements, so check your state's rules or ask us.
Complete the installation
Pair it with an AED cabinet so the device is visible, protected, and alarmed, and keep a spare Pad-Pak on the shelf. Facilities with children on site should add the Pediatric-Pak.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a prescription to buy this AED?
No. The Samaritan PAD 350P is available over the counter, so no physician's prescription is needed to buy it. The manufacturer does collect a short end-user form (installation address plus your designated program coordinator) with every order, and we walk you through it right after purchase. Some states add their own registration or medical-direction requirements, so check your state or ask us.
What maintenance does it need?
Battery and electrodes are one Pad-Pak cartridge with one expiration date, so there is one thing to track. Do a periodic readiness check of the status indicator and replace the Pad-Pak when it expires or after a use. Your designated program coordinator (named on the end-user form) is the person responsible for those checks.
Can it be used on children?
Yes, with the Pediatric-Pak cartridge, which delivers the guidelines-recommended lower energy for children between 1 and 8 years old. Swap the adult Pad-Pak for the Pediatric-Pak; the device itself is the same. We carry both cartridges.
Is this the semi-automatic or fully automatic version?
This is the semi-automatic 350P: the device analyzes the rhythm and tells the responder to press the flashing SHOCK button when a shock is advised. The device will not deliver a shock unless it has determined one is needed.
What ships in the box?
The AED unit, one adult Pad-Pak (battery and electrode cartridge) installed or ready to install, and a carry case. Add a spare Pad-Pak or the Pediatric-Pak, and an AED cabinet for wall placement, from this page.
