The Everkem Diversified Products TruSil HTS High Temperature Silicone Sealant handles extreme heat applications up to 500°F continuous service and 600°F intermittent. This red silicone sealant comes in a 10.1 oz cartridge and meets ASTM C920 requirements for structural glazing and weathersealing. The sealant maintains flexibility down to -55°F and accommodates +/- 25% joint movement.
This NSF-51 certified sealant works in food processing facilities and meets FDA 21 CFR 177 regulations for incidental food contact. The formula resists mold and mildew while maintaining low VOC content at 30 g/L. Federal specifications TT-S-00230C and TT-S-01453A validate its performance in demanding applications. Made in USA with EcoSeal environmental compliance, this silicone provides 50+ year durability in high-temperature installations.
