OSHA requires oxygen cylinders in storage to be kept 20 ft from fuel-gas cylinders or behind a noncombustible barrier at least 5 ft high with at least a half-hour fire-resistance rating (OSHA 1910.253(b)(4)(iii)), and cylinders left on a cart between jobs can count as storage: when a firewall cart is the right call.
