Saf-T-Cart 554-30FW Firewall Cylinder Cart

The Saf-T-Cart 554-30FW is built for construction and industrial sites, Saf-T-Cart says: a steel firewall between the oxygen and fuel-gas cylinders, auto tires for rough terrain, a lockable toolbox, hose wraps and a lifting eye rated 1,000 lb, with two 1/4 in permaclamps holding the cylinders.

Why the firewall: OSHA requires oxygen cylinders in storage to be kept 20 ft from fuel-gas cylinders and combustible materials, or separated from them by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 ft high with a fire-resistance rating of at least half an hour (OSHA 1910.253(b)(4)(iii)). Saf-T-Cart states its firewalls are at least 60 in tall, block the line of sight between the oxygen and fuel-gas cylinders and carry a 30-minute burn rating, and says its firewall carts meet and exceed OSHA 1910.253.
