Auburn rates this fabric as a welding pad under FM 4950, the severe-duty level for horizontal exposure including direct molten metal contact. A pad may also be used where a blanket or curtain is specified, so it covers all three duty levels. • Quilted composite: insulation layer between two layers of silicone coated fiberglass
• Proprietary black silicone coating that cleans off well and keeps a professional look
• Double stitched quilting so it folds easily and can be cut down to smaller pieces if needed

• Folds up quickly and has hook and loop straps
• Fiberglass mat rated to 1000F, silicone coated face rated to 500F

Sizes

• 4 ft x 4 ft (16 sq ft). 4 ft x 4 ft is the portable size that folds into a tool chest.
• 4 ft x 8 ft (32 sq ft). 4 ft x 8 ft covers a wider work area while still folding flat.

What you receive

Supplied as the quilted pad only, with grommets along one side for hanging and hook and loop straps for storage. No frame, poles or stand are included.
