This acetoxy-curing sealant handles extreme temperatures from -55°F to 400°F continuous (450°F intermittent) and accommodates +/- 25% joint movement without losing adhesion. The sealant meets ASTM C920 standards and carries NSF-51 certification for food contact applications.
Built for durability, TruSil 100 offers 50+ year service life with mold and mildew resistance. The low VOC formula contains just 30 g/L volatile organic compounds and meets LEED v4 emissions requirements. Federal specifications TT-S-00230C and TT-S-01453A compliance makes this sealant suitable for government projects, while FDA 21 CFR 177 approval covers food processing environments where an NSF-51 certified sealant is required.
