The Saf-T-Cart 402-16 carries an oxygen cylinder and an acetylene cylinder (or propane on the -P), held by a chain, on 16 in pneumatic tires. Saf-T-Cart designs it for rough terrain and says the tires work on smooth floors too. A permaclamp is available on request.
