The Saf-T-Cart 554-30 carries an oxygen cylinder and an acetylene cylinder, held by two 1/4 in steel permaclamps, on pneumatic trailer tires, with a lifting eye rated 1,000 lb. Saf-T-Cart says it suits large construction sites and that the trailer tires carry the load over any surface.
