Buckeye’s 20 lb ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher is suitable for Class A, B, and C fires, making it ideal for homes, offices, warehouses, and vehicles. It meets ANSI/UL standards and is US Coast Guard approved. The steel cylinder features a durable polyester epoxy coating and metal valve. It weighs 33.5 lbs, discharges for 27 seconds with a 15–21 ft range, and operates in temperatures from -65°F to 120°F. A wall hook is included for convenient mounting.
DOT Vehicle Size Recommendations
DOT 49 CFR §393.95 requires commercial motor vehicles to carry a UL-listed fire extinguisher. Minimum size depends on vehicle class and whether the load is placarded hazmat.
