The JL Industries Classic 9163Z30 is a low-cost surface-mount fire extinguisher cabinet for a 5 lb extinguisher, made in the USA and sold as a factory 2-pack. The tub is galvanneal steel with a white finish, and instead of a hinged door it has a top-loading clear acrylic front held by a Twin Top cylinder lock, with a breaker bar on a chain for emergency access. It mounts on the wall face, so there is no opening to cut.

JL rates this tub for ABC dry-chemical extinguishers from 2.5 to 6 lb, regular BC dry chemical from 2.5 to 5.5 lb, a 2.5 lb Halotron clean agent unit and a 5 lb CO2 extinguisher. Where this model fits

The Classic is the cabinet for a job that needs a lot of them on a budget, on walls that cannot be cut: warehouses, back-of-house corridors, garages, tilt-up buildings. The break-front keeps the extinguisher from walking off and still gives emergency access without a key. JL sells replacement acrylic for it.
