The Kidde KF9731-C is a semi-recessed wall cabinet designed to house 5 lb dry chemical fire extinguishers. Built with heavy-duty steel construction and tempered safety glass, this cabinet offers a compact solution for apartments, condos, and strip malls. The Break Rite handle eliminates the need for a hammer during emergencies, while the long-life electrostatically applied thermally fused finish in tan provides durability against vandalism.

The cabinet features inside box dimensions of 9 x 18-1/4 x 6 inches with an overall frame measuring 12-1/2 x 21-5/8 inches. Installation requires a wall opening of 10 x 19 x 4 inches. This semi-recessed design minimizes protrusion while maintaining easy access to fire suppression equipment, meeting OSHA 1910.157 portable fire extinguisher requirements.
